摘要
采用热压烧结方法制备了晶粒尺寸为100nm左右的氮化硅陶瓷材料,研究了起始粉末对纳米氮化硅陶瓷抗热震性能的影响。研究结果表明,在纳米晶粒尺寸范围内,晶粒较大的氮化硅陶瓷具有较好的抗热震性能,随起始粉末中α-Si3N4含量的增加,氮化硅陶瓷的抗热震性能得到明显提高。
Silicon nitride ceramics with mean size of about 100nm have been produced by hot press sintering. The effect of starling powdery on thermal shock resistance of nano-Si3N4 ceramics was investigated. The results show that in the range of nano-size the thermal shock resistance of Si3N4 ceramics with larger grain size is higher than that of Si3N4 ceramics with smaller grain size and it increases with the increase in amount of α-Si3N4.
