介绍了一种减速器中回转体零件的分类编码系统,该系统是对JLBM-1编码系统在具体企业中应用的进一步完善,采用了面向形状特征的框架式结构描述零件形状特征,直接面向设计人员,直观易用,它为CAPP系统的设计创造了良好条件,文中详细介绍了JSQBM系统的设计思想、内容及编码原则,并将该编码系统应用于实例。
This paper introduces the categorised code system for' deeelerator revolutionary parts, which is modified on the basis of JLBM-1 code system, adopts the posture structure of frame facing form characteristic to describe the part's form characteristic, facing the designer directly, obviously and easily. It creates good condition for the designing of CAPP system. The paper introduces the design philosophy , content and code principle of JSQBM system in detail, and it explains the system by one example.
