基于TopSolid的三维工序图模型创建研究

仿真复杂的机械加工过程需要准确的三维工序图模型。文中首先提出了用基于毛坯的加工成型过程建立各工序的三维模型的思路,然后结合TopSolid软件的关联复制功能,探讨了建立和适时修改三维工序图模型的方法,最后总结了此种方法的优势。

The accurate three-dimensitonal models art： indispensable to simulating the complicated mechanical production process. This paper propose an idea that the modeling of every process operation is according to the process that making a rough part into a finished product, then eomhhling the associative replication function that TopSolid software provided, make a thorough diseussion of the modeling and welll timed modification of the every model, finally, conclude the paper hy summing up the advantages of this method.
