摘要
饭店组织内,最重要的资源就是人力资源.对人力资源管理、开发的好坏,将直接影响企业的成败.本文在对芜湖市星级饭店人力资源现状、存在问题剖析的基础上,提出人力资源管理的对策与措施,从而为芜湖市饭店业的深度开发与人性化管理提供科学依据.
In hotel organizations, the most important resource is human resources. The development of human resources management has a direct influence on the company's operation, success or failure. Based on the analysis of the current situations and existing problems of human resources management about hotel of different star in Wuhu City, the paper proposes some countermeasures and methods about it. And moreover, it provides scientific basis for deep development and humanity management of hotels in Wuhu City.
