数字城市地理空间信息公共平台的设计

Design of Common Information Platform of Geography Information in Digital City

数字城市建设的目的是实现城市各种信息的数字化共享,地理空间信息是数字城市建设的基础信息,如何实现数字城市地理空间信息的共享是数字城市建设过程中的基本问题。在以往的数字城市建设中,地理信息往往作为城市某些职能部门的“私有”信息,其共享性得不到保证,严重影响了数字城市建设。地理空间信息公共平台的设计目的是实现地理信息共享。阐述的公共平台的系统设计主要分为公共基础空间数据库的建立、地理空间信息共享环境的设计以及地理空间信息公共技术平台设计3个方面的内容。

The fully sharing of information of city is the aim of Digital City construction, geography spatial information is an important fundamental information of it. How to realizes the fully sharing of geography spatial is an essential factors in the construction of digital city. In the past, geography spatial information acts as the＂private＂ information of some departments in city. It is difficult to share data in diferent departments which affects the Digital City construction. This article discusses the design of common information platform, which mainly divides into the construction of common foundation spatial information database, the designation of geography spatial information sharing environment as well as the designation of geography spatial information common technology platform.
