海图出版数据的通告改正更新技术研究

Technology Research of Notice Update on the Chart Publishing Data

基于目前海图出版数据缺乏通告改正更新、无法实现对其再利用的现状,提出了一种利用M icroStation自动化编程技术实现通告改正更新的新方法,并解决了数字航海通告格式建立和通告改正数据分层存储等关键技术问题,在此基础上开发了海图出版数据的通告改正更新系统。

At present, the Chart Publishing Data is lacking of notice update and can not be recycled. After researching on this situation, the paper addresses a new method of notice update by using the ＂Automation Programming Technique of MicroStation＂, which has accomplished the critical techniques such as building the format of digital notice and storing notice data on coverage. As well, the software of Chart Publishing Data updating system is developed.
