摘要
通过制备工艺改进,解决了生脉饮口服液灭菌放置后产生沉淀的问题,经稳定性考察,TLC和含量测定分析,改进工艺与药典工艺制备的生脉饮口服液成分基本相同。
Through the improvement of preparating technique,the precipitation, which oc-cur often as the preparatiOn was laid up after sterilization, was resolved in manufature of 'Sheng-mai Yin' oral solution. Contrasting test indicated that the oral solution prepared with improvedtechique was more stable the that prepared according to the pharmacopeia of People's Republic ofChina (1990). The TLC results and main active constituents are the same in both preparations.
