浅谈帮助低收入者解决住房问题

On the Solution to the Housing Problems of the Low-income Citizens

低收入群体的住房条件差的问题较严重,我国现行的住房供应体系,虽能解决一些城市低收入群体的住房,但无法从根本上解决低收入群体的住房问题。我认为应借鉴西方国家的成功经验,建立我国的住房保障体系,主要应从财政、法律、金融、税收、资金、增加收入等政策上支持低收入者租房、建房、购房,使居者有其屋。

The housing condition of the low - income groups is very poor. The housing supply system in China today , though can benefit some low - income citizens, cant fundamentally solve all low - income citizens＇housing problems. I think we should learn from the successful experience of western countries and establish our own housing safeguard system. To let all inhabitants have their own rooms,we should encourage the low - income citizens , by the policy of finance, law, tax revenue, fund and increase of income, to rent, build and purchase houses.
