摘要
针对农村电网0.4 kV低压台区工程预决算存在的台区拓扑图形与预决算数据分离,影响预算和决算工作效率的问题,应用专家系统技术进行台区拓扑图形的自动识别,通过绘制台区的拓扑图形,结合典型设计数据库,自动生成台区的工程预算和决算数据,实现了可视化预决算管理。实际应用表明,应用本软件可以提高工作效率70%左右,准确率达到100%。该软件已经在实际中得到了广泛应用。
The efficiency of the budgeting and final accounts for rural low-voltage power network is affected by the separation of network topology and financial data. To solve the problem, expert system is used to recognize the topological graphs automatically, and then the financial data can be generated by combining the topological graphs and the typical designing criteria. It can improve the efficiency up to 70 percents as well as a 100 percents correction rate. The software has been widely applied in practical engineering.
