摘要
从白蔹Ampelopsisjaponica(Thunb.)Makino块根中分离出7种化合物,经理化常数测定,光谱分析及化学方法分别鉴定为正二十五烷(Ⅰ)、三十烷酸(Ⅱ)、二十八烷酸(Ⅲ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅳ)、豆甾醇(Ⅴ)、槲皮素(Ⅵ)和豆甾醇-β-D-葡萄糖甙(Ⅶ)。除β-谷甾醇外,其他化合物均为首次从该植物中分得。
Seven compounds were isolated from the root of Ampelopsis japonica (Thunb) Makino.They were identified as n-pentacosane(Ⅰ),triacontanoic acid(Ⅱ),octacosanoic acid(Ⅲ),β sitosterol(Ⅳ),stigmasterol(Ⅴ),quercetin(Ⅵ)and stigmasterol β D glucoside(Ⅶ)by the means of chemical and spectural analyses.All this compounds except β sitosterol were isolated from the plant for the first time.
