摘要
采用紫外分光光度法测定呱西替柳胶囊中呱西替柳的含量。当呱西替柳的甲醇溶液在浓度为１５～５０μｇ／ｍｌ时，与吸收度呈很好的线性关系（ｒ＝０．９９９８），平均回收率为１０１．０％，ＲＳＤ为０．８８％（ｎ＝６）。该方法简单、快速，结果满意。
The content of guacetisal capsules was determined by UV spectrophotometry. There was a excellent linerity ( r =0.9998) when the Guacetisal concentration in methanol solution ranged from 15 to 50 μg/ml.The average recovery rate was 101.0%,the RSD was 0.88%( n =6).
