摘要
应用彩色超声多谱勒仪评价氨氯地平对老年高血压病人左心室肥厚的影响。研究组３２例，予氨氯地平治疗３个月，治疗前后分别测量ＩＶＳ和ＬＶＰＷ值，发现治疗前后对比有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．００１），说明氨氯地平对老年高血压病人的左心室肥厚有逆转作用，而对照组３２例，用复方降压素治疗，治疗前后ＩＶＳ和ＬＶＰＷ值无明显改变（Ｐ＞０．０５）。
The effect of amlodipine to the left ventricular hypertrophy in aged hypertensive patients was studied with colourful Doppler's ultrasonic apparatus It was found that,after three months treatment with amlodipine,the values of IVS and LVPM were (11 20±1 91)mm[(12 60±2 12)mm,before treatment] and (10 20±1 62)mm[(11 70±1 59)mm,before treatment] respectively ( P<0 001)
