影响真菌E－2活性物对黄曲霉毒素降解效力的真菌培养条件的研究

Study on The Culture Conditions Affecting The Aflatoxin B 1 Detoxificating Efficacy of Fungus E 2

本文报道了影响真菌Ｅ－２活性物对黄曲霉毒素降解效力的真菌培养条件。结果表明：在培养基组成为：马铃薯原汁，乳糖，ＫＨ２ＰＯ４－ＭｇＳＯ４７Ｈ２Ｏ，ＶｉｔＢ１，培养温度为２８℃，培养基ｐＨ为６．０，培养时间４周时，真菌的活性物产率最高。

The optimun culture conditions for fungus E 2 to reach the highest production and activity of detoxificating active substance were investigated. It is shown that,with the medium consisting of potato juice,lactose,VitB 1,K 2H 2PO 4 and MgSO 4.7H 2O,temperature at 28℃, pH 6.0 and 4 weeks cultivating time, the fungus produced the maximum amount of active substance and had the highest AFTB 1 destructing activity.
