光黄素荧光法测定食物中核黄素的研究

Study on Lumiflavin Fluorimetry for Determination of Riboflavin in Food

本研究用改良光黄素荧光法测定食物中核黄素的含量。进行了样品前处理，测定条件和方法比较等试验。此法检出限为０．０６μｇ，变异系数３．４％～８．６％，加样回收率为８５．０％～１０６．６％，平均回收率为９５．０％。

In this paper,the modified lumiflavin fluorimetry method was used in the determination of riboflavin in food,and compared with the national standard method. It is found that the detection limit was 0.06μg;variation coefficent,3.4%￣8.6%;recovery rate,85%￣106.6% with the average of 95.0%.
