摘要
本研究用改良光黄素荧光法测定食物中核黄素的含量。进行了样品前处理,测定条件和方法比较等试验。此法检出限为0.06μg,变异系数3.4%~8.6%,加样回收率为85.0%~106.6%,平均回收率为95.0%。
In this paper,the modified lumiflavin fluorimetry method was used in the determination of riboflavin in food,and compared with the national standard method. It is found that the detection limit was 0.06μg;variation coefficent,3.4% ̄8.6%;recovery rate,85% ̄106.6% with the average of 95.0%.
