摘要
目的:观察高压氧(HBO)、尼莫地平、音乐综合治疗对缺血再灌注大鼠的作用。方法:采用电击、创伤刺激大鼠视、听觉,并结扎颈动脉,阻断血流20min再灌注,给予HBO+音乐(1组)、HBO+尼莫地平+音乐(2组)治疗,观察血小板选择素-CD62p(CD62p)、红细胞内钙(IECa2+)、红细胞变形指数(DI)及皮质醇(Cor)水平变化,并断头取脑作组织形态学分析。结果:应激1组、2组大鼠CD62p,IECa2+、Cor含量明显高于对照组(P<0.05),以应激1组更显著(P<0.01)。DI值应激1组明显低于对照组(P<0.05),应激2组DI值虽高但无统计学意义。脑组织形态学变化:应激1组神经细胞大部分肿胀、固缩、变性并崩解;应激2组变化轻微。结论:HBO、尼莫地平、音乐综合治疗有益于缺血性脑血管病的康复。
Objective: To observe the effects of comprehensive therapy with hyperbaric oxygen(HBO),nimodipine and music on ischemic reperfusion injury rats.Method: Stress was induced by using electroshock and trauma to stimulate the visual and acoustic organs of rats.The blood flow was reperfused 20 minutes after the bilateral common carotid arteries were ligated.Then treatments of HBO+music (group 1) and HBO+nimodipine+music (group 2) were given respectively.After that,the erythrocyte Deformity-index(DI) and levels of platelet-selectin-CD_ 62p (CD_ 62p ),intraerythrocytic-calcium(IECa~ 2+ ) and cortisol(Cor) were examined.Uhe cerebral tissue morphology was analyzed after the rats were sacrificed.Results: Compared with control group,the levels of CD_ 62p ,IECa~ 2+ and Cor in group 1 and 2 were significantly higher(P<0.05),especially in group 1(P<0.01).The value of DI in group 1 was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).While the value of DI in group 2 was a little higher than that in control group,but there was no significant difference.In terms of the morphological changes in cerebral tissue,most of the neural cells became swelling,pyknotic,degenerative and lytic,while similar changes were mild in group 2.Conclusion: Treatment of HBO combined with nimodipine and music is conducive to the recovery of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
