摘要
技术创新与制度创新是培育企业核心竞争力的重要手段,它们并不是孤立地对企业核心竞争力的培育起作用。技术创新推动和决定了制度创新；某些根本性的制度创新也是推动技术创新的重要力量。
Technical innovation and institutional innovation are the important method to cultivate core competitiveness of enterprise, they are not isolated in the course of cultivating core competitiveness of enterprise. Technical innovation impels and decides institutional innovation some fundamental institutional innovations are also the important strength to impel technical innovation.
