西部地区工业化面临的问题和机遇

Western district industrialization's problem and opportunity

加快西部工业化进程有利于转移西部农村过剩劳动力,也是实现西部大开发战略所要取得实效的一条重要途径。在西部地区就地实现工业化可以减少由于劳动力大跨度转移所造成的各种矛盾,有利于西部乃至中部农村剩余劳动力甚至各种高学历层次人才在西部的集聚,对劳动者自身和西部区域经济发展,区域经济社会和谐,区域人口素质提高,进而对西部区域整体的发展都有促进作用。但目前西部地区工业化面临很多问题：结构性过剩,利用外资不足,城乡差距拉大和国际国内环境变化,但也有历史机遇,印存在问题的解决就使得我们有了抓住机遇的机会,最终提出解决问题的办法。

This paper positively study on the present situation of rural surplus labors transfer and the effect about the industrialization and urbanization in the weatern area to the labor transfer and agronomic economy and social development,the core problem that develop western region is industrialization.Industrialize the progress to develop strongly quickly and particularly the third industry,promote western region fast development of the village business enterprise of the region,carry out gradually western region the town of the region turns the fast development,being advantageous to the increment farmer income,be advantageous to the core problem＂farmer＂problem.
