社区数字化的问题与策略

信息技术的发展催生了数字化社区,各地在社区数字化过程中出现了一些问题。这些问题因素包括开发商和技术因素；体制、社区和消费者的因素；数字化社区管理和物业管理落后。针对这些问题应该采取的策略是提高认识,加大宣传力度,全面认识数字化社区；改革创新社区数字化管理体制；建立高素质的数字化社区设计、施工队伍；培训和引进,提高数字化社区管理人员的素质；互利双赢是拓宽社区建设筹资渠道的有效途径。

Information technology developing promotes digital community, some problems appear in many areas in the course of digital community. These problems include developer and technology factor; system .community and consumer factor; back of digital community management and property management. Therefore we must take strategy in order to solve these problems, these strategy are： to enhance awareness, give publicity and comprehensive understand digital community; to reform and innovate goverament system of digital community ; to constitute high diatbesis personnd of digital community designing and constructing; to train and introduce management personnel in order to enhance diathesis; to widen constructing capital and achieve cooperation for mutual benefit.
