摘要
利用MATLAB的仿真工具箱SIMULINK构造了典型长网纸机的多变量动态矩阵控制(DMC)算法,分析了DMC算法中各参数对纸机控制性能的影响。结果显示,当参数选取合理时控制系统具有良好的稳定性、鲁棒性和抗干扰性能。
A multi-variable DMC system model of a typical fourdrinier papermaking machine is developed in SIMULINK to analyze the effect of variables in DMC arithmetic on control performances. The results show that when the DMC arithmetic is applied the control system is stable, robust, and has a good performance at anti-jamming.
