镀层材料对FBG传感器压力灵敏度影响的研究

摘要 研究了金属镀层材料和镀层厚度对FBG传感器压力灵敏度的影响,探明了FBG传感器压力灵敏度与镀层材料属性和镀层厚度间的关系。实验中采用不同材料、不同厚度的金属套管充当金属镀层,光纤与金属套管间的缝隙用环氧树脂均匀填充。结果表明:传感器压力灵敏度变化理论曲线与实验所测曲线一致,并且FBG传感器灵敏度提高了5~10倍。 The FBG sensor's pressure sensitivity that influenced by the metal-coated material and thickness was studied, and the relationship between them was rightly calculated. The metal pipes with different material and different thickness were acted as the metal-coated in experiment, and the gap between the fiber and the metal-pipe was filled with epoxy evenly. As indicated by the experiment, the changeable curve of the pressure sensitivity between theory equation and experiment is identical, and the FBGs sensitivities were improved 5410 times.
