摘要
系统研究了AGC(Automatic Gage Control)系统核心数学模型———高精度厚度计公式在工程实际中的实现,主要包括初始辊缝的设定、轧机弹跳模型的建立、油膜厚度的补偿及其它补偿项。经现场搜集数据并进行数据处理,证明用该方法所得到的模型具有足够高的精度。
The core mathematical model gage meter model in the engineering realization was systematically studied, including the initialization of rolling slot, the establishment for model of the rolling mill bounces,oil film thickness measuring and other compensates. The field data were processed and developed . Then it was proved that the model precision is high enough.
