摘要
在鼠标曲面的设计中,选择曲面建模功能强大的Pro/engineer来完成鼠标凸、凹模型腔造型;在加工过程中,选择专业数控加工软件Mastercam,用它来完成计算机的模拟加工;再通过软件进行刀路模拟、实体验证等操作,用来确定加工过程的正确性;最后由Mastercam的后处理程序生成加工用的NC代码,由数控铣床进行数控加工。
In the process of the mouse surface design, it is easy to use Pro/engineer which has strong ability to create curve surface to complete the molding of concave and convex moulds for the mouse. In the process of the mouse surface machining, first it is chosen to use the software Mastercam which is popular to machining and can complete the computer simulation, back plot and entity verity in order to conform the exactness of processing course. Second, the NC program is created by the post of the Mastercam and transmitted to NC mill to go on the entity machining.
