摘要
就近年来肝细胞体外培养的研究动态进行了概述,包括肝细胞分离制备技术、体外培养方法的研究进展及肝细胞的鉴定方法,并就影响肝细胞体外培养的因素进行了分析。本综述对体外培养肝细胞的研究、实际应用具有一定的参考意义。
In this paper, we introduced the methods of seperation, the research developing of external culture, appraisal and analysis the factors of external affection about hepatocytes. This summary have significant meaning about the study and application for the culture of hepatocytes.
