独联体重视航空发动机的非航空改型军转民的一种重要途径(下)

CIS Emphasises Converting from Aero-Engine into Non-Aero-Engine (Part One)

军、民用航空发动机在非航空领域应用,如用于舰船推进、机械驱动和发电等,在前苏联时代也不是新鲜事,但为了企业生存和发展主动向非航空领域转变则是独联体成立以后开始的。今天,独联体的航空发动机企业与6年前相比,对航空发动机的非航空改型工作更加重视,投入更多,改型的型号也多。有些公司已与西方的发动机厂商合作组成合资公司,这将大大加快它们的改型速度,也有利于独联体航空发动机企业的发展。

The effort of the changing aero-engine to non-aero-engine has been performed in the years of the former Soviet Unicai. Over years the Commonwealth of Independent States ( CIS ) particularly emphasised the effort to make the production enterprises live and develop, because the military spending is on the decrease. There are two parts in the paper, part one introduces the main non-areo-engines converting from aero-engine, part two introduces the three Scientific-Production Enterprises which produce the non-aero-engines.
