监理工程师对建设工程项目实施安全监理,重点是做好事前控制的三项审查,在施工过程中加强巡视检查,发现严重违规作业和存在安全事故隐患的应要求承包单位立即进行整改,情况严重的下发暂停施工令,督促承包单位进行安全生产检查,防止安全事故的发生。
In the safety supervision of construction engineering, supervisory engineer should focus on the three items of inspection on the prior control and intensify patrolling inspection in the construction process. If serious violation of rules is found in the operation or there exists hidden safety trouble, he should require the contractor to make correction immediately. In case of serious situation, he may issue an order to suspend the construction and urge the contractor to check the safety condition so as to prevent safety accidents from occurring.
