摘要 目的:对红藻小珊瑚藻Corallina pilulifera进行了化学成分研究。方法:利用正相硅胶柱色谱、Sepha-dex LH-20柱色谱、反相HPLC及重结晶等方法进行分离纯化。用MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR,DEPT等鉴定化合物的结构。通过MTT法对单体化合物进行细胞毒活性筛选。结果:从红藻小珊瑚藻中分离并鉴定了7个化合物,分别为(E)-phytol epoxide(1),phytenal(2),phytol(3),dehydrovom ifoliol(4),loliolide(5),3-βhydroxy-5,α6-αepoxy-7-m e-gastigm ene-9-one(6),4-hydroxybenzaldehyde(7)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从本种海藻中分离得到。细胞毒活性试验结果显示所有化合物在质量浓度为10μg.mL-1均无明显细胞毒活性。 Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents of red alga CoraUina pilulifera. Method : Compounds were isolated by normal phase silica gel and Sephadex LH -20 gel column chromatography, reverse phase HPLC and recrystallization. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods including MS, ^1H-NMR,^13C-NMR, HSQC, HMBC. Cytotoxicity of the compounds was screened by using standard MTF method. Result: Seven compounds were isolated from red alga C. pilulifera, their structures were identified as (E)-phytol epoxide (1), phytenal (2), phytol (3), dehydrovomifoliol (4), loliolide (5), 3β-hydroxy-Sα, 6α-epoxy-7-megastigmene-9-one (6), 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde (7). Conclusion: All of the compounds were obtained from this species for the first time. These compounds were inactive (IC50〉 10μg · mL^-1) in the MTF assay.
