摘要
零件配合算法研究零件之间的自动装配问题.提出了在进行三维自动装配时采用智能添加配合算法的方法,并在Solidworks平台上主要以轴套类零件的自动装配为例论述了智能添加配合算法的具体实现办法和实现过程,具体研究了智能添加配合算法中包含配合替换、配合信息、尺寸区分的三个基本要素.
Mating arithmetic of parts is to resolve the problem of automatic assembly. A method using the intelligent increase mating arithmetic is proposed for carrying on the three dimensional automatic assembly. The realization means and the realization process in the Solidworks platform are elaborated by taking the shaft sleeves components' automatic assembly as the example. Specifically the three essential factors-the mating replace, the mating information, and the size discrimination--in the intelligent increase mating arithmetic are studied in detail.
