摘要
以某进口纺织机凸轮零件的反求为例,从反求和设计相结合的角度出发,提出了一种用RE-SOFT软件对自由曲面的特征曲线进行提取并在SolidW orks软件平台上利用其投影变换、实体建模以及钣金模拟等相关功能基于扫描所得数据建立具有自由曲面的零件的三维模型及其平面展开模型的方法,生成了该零件的三维CAD模型,并详细阐述了对此类零件三维实体建模的实现过程.
A method was introduced to rebuild the three-dimension model of the freeform surface with the example of the reverse engineering of a cam in a weave-machine. The characteristic curve can be pickedup from scanning data of the surface using RE-SOFT, and the model and the outspread model can be built using SolidWorks. The modeling was achieved through the functions such as projection and metal working in SolidWorks.
