摘要 以国产增压直喷式柴油机为对象,进行了应用废气再循环(EGR)技术降低氮氧化物(NOx)排放的研究。设计了EGR率标定系统,研究了不同EGR率对发动机不同工况下性能和排放影响规律,依据发动机性能和排放要求优选了发动机各工况下的EGR率。利用设计的EGR电控系统,实现了发动机各工况下EGR率的自动控制,并通过试验对EGR系统进行了验证。 The technology of exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) has been researched in a turbocharged direct-injected diesel engine in order to reduce nitrogen oxides (NOx) emission. One calibration system of EGR rate has been designed to adjust the EGR rates in different operation conditions of the engine. Through this system, the effects of different EGR rate on the performance and emission of the engine have been measured and researched. The optimum EGR rates have been determined according to the requirements of power, economy and emissions. The EGR rate in different operating modes could he controlled automatically with the help of the designed electronic control system. The effectiveness of the EGR system has been tested by engine dynamometer test results.
