摘要 在ANSYS环境下建立轮齿平面有限元模型,进行了应力分析计算。进而作疲劳分析,并与传统方法进行了比较,结果表明,齿间摩擦对齿根应力的影响不可忽略,而且由于剪应力和压应力的存在,造成轮齿根部两侧应力不同。 The finite element model of a flat of gear tooth was established under the environment of ANSYS and the stress of a gear tooth was analyzed and calculated by means of finite element method. It was indicated that effect of friction between teeth on stress of tooth root was not ignorable and that stress of both side of tooth root was not the same due to existing in shearing strength and press stress. Farther fatigue analysis has been done and the result was not the same as that obtained by traditional method.
