摘要
以某型轿车车身为例,建立车身的有限元模型,在对车身进行了单位激励下的冲击响应分析并得到应力应变分布结果的基础上,利用M iner损伤累积准则,在MSC.Fatigue软件中对车身的疲劳寿命进行仿真分析,估算出该型车在D级路面上行驶时的结构及焊点疲劳寿命,分析结果显示出的危险部位与实车实验基本一致。
A finite element model for a car body is built, an impact response analysis under unit excitation on the body is performed and the distributions of stress and strain are obtained. Based on these, the fatigue life of car body is analyzed with Miner tigue life of body structure and with real car test. damage summation rule through a simulation using software MSC-Fatigue and the fa- spot weld of the car running on D-grade road is estimated, which basically agrees
