摘要
采用EclipseXDBC18色谱柱,以乙腈∶水(50∶50)为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,274nm为检测波长,建立测定美索巴莫的高效液相色谱法。进样量在0.05-0.3g范围内,线性关系r=0.9994,回收率在99.4%-99.9%,RSD不大于0.21%。
A HPLC method was established for the determination of methocarbamol ,which consisted of a Eclipse XDB C18 column and ethyl cyanide-water （50：50）（V/V） mixture as mobile phase, detected at 274 nm with flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The linear range was 0.05-0.3 g（r=0. 999 4） and the average recovery was 99.4%-99.9% with RSD of 0.21% .
