摘要
以苯酐和正丁醇为原料,SO42-/SnO2为催化剂,合成邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP),研究了浸渍H2SO4浓度、活化温度、活化时间、粒度等对催化剂的催化性能的影响。结果表明,浸渍酸浓度1.0 mol/L,颗粒度为110目,活化温度525℃,活化时间4 h,在催化剂用量1.5 g时,DBP的产率可达94%以上。
The dibutyl phthalate (DBP) was synthesized by using phthalic anhydride and n-butyl alcohol as materials in the presence of solid acid SO^2-4/SnO2 catalyst,the influence of H2SO4 concentration ,activation temperature, time and granularity on the property of catalyst were studied. The results shows that the optimum preparation conditions are as follows : sulfuric acid concentration 1.0 mol/L, the granularity of catalyst is 110 item, activation temperature 525 ℃, activation time 4 h, the amount of catalyst 1.5 g, the yield of DBP could reach 94%.
