DCHP合成工艺的改进研究

摘要 以邻苯二甲酸酐和环已醇为原料,经过酯化、脱醇、结晶等工艺过程,制备了邻苯二甲酸二环已酯(DCHP)产品。结果表明,最佳合成工艺条件为:邻苯二甲酸酐与环己醇的摩尔比1:(2.3~2.5),催化剂用量为苯酐量的0.9%,反应温度120~200℃,反应时间7h,选用95%乙醇为结晶溶剂,产品收率81%。研究表明,通过控制酯化条件,可以去除中和步骤;通过结晶步骤,可以充分去除杂质,获得高品质DCHP产品。 In this paper, dicyclohexyl phthalate was prepared from phthalic anhydride and cyclohexanol by the methods of esterification, distillation and crystallization. The optimum conditions are as follows ; the ratio of phthalic anhydride to cyclohexanol is 1 : (2.3 - 2.5), the amount of catalyst is 0. 9% of the amount of phthalic anhydride, reaction temperature is ranged from 120℃ to 200℃, reaction time is about 7 h and 95% ethanol is used as the solvent of crystallization. Results shows that neutralization can be leaved out on condition that the esterification is on good control, and DCHP with high quality can be got by crystallization which can wipe off most impurities.
