激光成像校准系统的设计及实现

摘要 针对激光胶片打印设备因机械加工等原因会产生输出误差,设计并实现了一个激光成像校准系统。因为每台激光胶片打印设备未校准前的输出误差固定,故首先提出了一种简捷的激光成像校准算法,然后进行了软件和硬件电路的设计。实践表明,应用此方案的激光打印输出胶片的失真度将大大降低、且达到了较高的处理速度。 The output of laser film printer appears some errors because of mechanical manufacture and others . So we have designed and achieved a calibrations system of laser film. Based on the fixed errors of laser film printer, the paper gives one easy and simple calibrations arithmetic and sets up a way to achieve it by software and hardware circuit. Actually, the distortion of the picture on the film becomes lower when this calibrations arithmetic is used, and process speed is higher than that we expect.
