摘要 介绍了一种测试评估产品可靠性的先进技术———MEOST,即多环境强化应力试验。通过与传统的可靠性试验技术和高加速环境测试技术的比较,说明了MEOST技术的优越性,分析了MEOST技术的原理,简述了MEOST技术的进行过程,并对一次以两款继电保护设备为对象的MEOST过程进行了具体分析和说明,给出了相应的试验结果。 MEOST is mainly introduced as a new kind of reliability test method. MEOST can predict and correct potential field failures at the design stage of product. The advantages also can be seen through the comparison with traditional method and HALT. There is a practical example of MEOST procedure with two different brands of relays. It concludes that MEOST is effective on product reliability testing and analysis report.
