摘要
研究了5A06合金电子束焊接时熔池内Mg元素的分布规律及Mg元素烧损对焊缝力学性能的影响。结果表明,在接头区域,越靠近热影响区Mg元素烧损程度越低;随着焊深的增加,Mg元素含量增加,即烧损程度减小,同时显微硬度增大;烧损程度越严重的试样显微硬度越低。
In the paper,Mg regularities of distribution and effects of Mg burning loss on mechanical property of weld bead are researched during 5A06 alloy electro beam welding.The results show that in joints field the nearer to heat-affected zone,the lower Mg burning loss is.Degree of burning loss is reduced and microhardness is increased with increase of weld depth and Mg content.The microhardness is lowest by worst burning loss.It is important that research of effects of 5A06 alloy electro beam welding on Mg burning loss and joint mechanical property.
