摘要
利用双辊炼胶机制备了短纤维吸波材料,借助光学显微镜测定了纤维的平均长度和取向角,考察了混炼时间、辊间距、纤维的初始长度、纤维模量等对吸波材料中纤维的长度和取向角的影响,试验表明,随混炼时间的延长,纤维平均长度减小,取向角变小,辊间距增大,纤维长度增大。通过合理控制混炼的各工艺参数,可得到一定长径比的吸波贴片。
Short fiber radar absorbing sheet was made by double rollers mixing mill,the average length and angle of orientation were measured by optics microscope.The effects on the average length and orientation angle of short fiber were studied such as milling time,roll gap,the original length of fiber and so on.
