超细粉体流化精分塔的结构设计

摘要 根据气固流态化原理,介绍了流化精分塔的工作原理,依据波纹填料塔的计算方法,首次进行了超细粉体流化精分塔的试验结构设计,塔内构造简单,没有动元件,便于大规模分级应用。将本设备用于固体颗粒的分级,取得了显著的分级效果,展现了广阔的应用前景。 The principle of gas-solid fluidization and classification towers are introduced.Based on the calculation method of structured packing towers,the structure design of classification tower with structured packing is made.The inside structure of tower is made simply and no moveable components.It is demonstrated that the classification tower has a notable classification capability from experiments.
