变电站户外构支架大面积沉偏机理研究与设计处理 被引量:2

摘要 早期建于软弱的淤泥地区的变电站,由于构支架本身结构特点及当年的技术水平和施工质量等原因,经多年运行使用后,普遍地出现构支架大面积沉偏现象,严重影响变电站的正常操作和安全运行。对变电站户外构支架的沉偏进行了研究,指出其沉偏机理是软弱淤泥土体在外荷作用下的固结反应、软弱淤泥地基的基桩产生负摩擦阻力作用、地基基础无刚性连系产生失稳的综合效应的结果,提出了低位堆载静压桩进行基础沉偏处理、刚性包裹连梁进行构支架沉偏处理、构架脱离体捆梆纠偏处理的处理方法,具体的工程实践证实了沉偏机理研究的正确性和纠沉纠偏处理方法的可行性与有效性。 Since early substations are built on soft silt, for the structure feature of trusses, technical limit and construction quality, after operating of time, sinking and excursion is widely seen which seriously influence the substation normally operation and running safety. In this issue, some research is taken for substation outdoor trusses sinking and excursion, it points out that it is coursed by consolidate reaction, negative frictional resistance generated by composite foundation on soft silt and lost stabilization course by no rigidity connection between composite foundations, It suggests that the use of low pose ground loading static pressure stake treatment in foundation, the treatment of using rigidity packed coupling beam and trusses' separated and binding treatment work well on this oroblem. Practical oroiects tells that these treatments against sinking and excursion are feasibility and validity.
