早期羊膜移植防治严重眼碱烧伤后遗症并发症的疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察早期羊膜移植防治严重眼部碱烧伤后遗症并发症的疗效。方法回顾性总结严重眼部碱烧伤11例14眼,在伤后2周内行羊膜移植的治疗效果。术后对视力、角膜透明度、新生血管以及睑球粘连等情况进行2~8个月的随访观察。结果12眼(85.7%)视力脱盲。3眼发生角膜新生血管,无新生血管者占78.0%。随访期内无睑球粘连的病例。结论眼部碱烧伤后尽早行羊膜移植对防止各种烧伤后遗症并发症的发生有明显的疗效。 Objective To study the efficacy of amniotic membrane transplantation for prevention of the complications of serious ocular region alkali burns. Methods The operation of amniotic membrane transplantation was performed on 14 eyes of 11 patients who were inflicted serious ocular region alkali burns within 2 weeks after injury. The postoperative vision, transparency of the cornea, corneal neovascularization and symblepharon were observed during 2-8 months follow-up. Results Twelve eyes got useful visual out of the 14 eyes. Only 3 eyes got corneal neovascularization. There was no symblepharon case. Conclusion Early amniotic membrane transplantation is effective to prevent the complications of serious ocular region alkali burns.
