三叶草形钢板在治疗Pilon骨折中的应用

Application of clover-pattern plate in the treatment of Pilon fracture

目的探讨三叶草形钢板治疗Pilon骨折的效果。方法26例Pilon骨折（30踝）采用三叶草形钢板治疗。结果采用Teeny＆Wiss踝关节功能评分，本组术后评分75-96分，平均85分，4个优秀，20个良好，6个一般。结论该方法具有固定牢靠等优点，是治疗Pilon骨折的有效方法。

Objective To study the effect of clover-pattern plate on the treatment of Pilon fracture. Methods Thirty ankles in 26 cases of Pilon fracture were treated with clover-pattern plate. The results were evaluated according to Tenny ＆ Wiss ankle joint function scoring system. Results The score was ranged from 75 to 96 after operation, and the average score was 85. Four cases were classified as excellent, 20 as good, and 6 as fair. Conclusion This method can offer firm fixation and is one of effective methods for treating Pilon fracture.
