信息资源的开发是一项技术、资金密集型的建设工程,企业信息化是集计算机、通信和信息为一体的庞大工程.不少人认为:计算机和通信技术很难,而信息收集、信息库建设没有什么技术,似乎网络建起来,信息公路开通了,信息自然会在“公路”上跑。其实,这是很片面的,计算机和通信网络的技术固然高深,但从技术上讲,已基本解决。民航引进了多套大型计算机系统,并在全国范围内建设了两套数据交换网。
As information resource development and application are the weak links of civil aviation's information system, the anthor analyses the beneficial situation of exploiting the information resources,pointing out four ways which can be used,and tells the readers the following things shonld be emphasized during the development,such as the information's applicability,reliability,authenticity,promptness,systemetieness and sharingness.Besides,the author also points out the method to solve the present problems in civil aviation's information system.
