螺旋CT双期扫描在胰腺癌诊断中的应用

Application of spiral-CT dual-phase scan in the diagnosis of pancreatic carcinoma

目的评估螺旋CT双期扫描在胰腺癌诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析50例经临床和病理证实的胰腺癌病人螺旋CT双期扫描的CT表现。结果50例胰腺癌通过螺旋CT双期扫描,不仅能显示肿瘤的生长部位,还能显示肿瘤的大小、形态、密度,并能准确地显示肿瘤与临近血管和脏器的关系。结论螺旋CT双期扫描,不仅在提高胰腺癌早期诊断方面有较高的价值,而且也提高了判断胰腺癌侵犯周围血管的准确性。

Objective To evaluate the value of spiral-CT dual-phase scan in the diagnosis of pancreatic carcinoma. Methods The findings of the spiral-CT dual-phase scan in 50 cases of pancreatic carcinoma confirmed by clinic and pathology were retrospectively analysed. Results After spiral-CT dual-phase scan, the location, size, shape, density, and the relation with surrounding vessels and organs were clearly displayed in all the cases. Conclusion Spiral-CT dual-phase scan can not only contribute to early diagnosis of pancreatic carcinoma, but rather considerably raise the accuracy of estimating surrounding vessels infringement by pancreatic carcinoma.
