There are three points that we should keep in our minds in the process of sustainable improvements of university journals＇ managements. Fist of all, it must attain the attention of leaders in universities. Secondly, it＇ s important to how to select qualified and excellent articles and advance their contents with the times. Thirdly, University journals have to present their Internet versions with their own characteristics.
