摘要
乳清酸在0.1mol/LHClO4+0.02mol/LNaClO4底液中,于JP-2型示波极谱仪上,有一良好的二阶导数峰Ep=-0.860±0.01V(SCE),浓度在1×10-7~6×10-5mol/L范围内,与峰高成线性关系,检测限为7.5×10-8mol/L.实验证明,电极过程为具有催化性质的双电子可逆过程.
Orotic acid shows a 2nd derivative reduction wave and a peak potential of - 0.86 + 0.01 V (SCE) by single sweep oscillopolarography, using a base solution of 0.1 mol/L HClO4 + 0.02 mol/L NaClO4. The peak height of orotic acid is proportional to the concentration in the range of 1 × 10-7 ̄6 × 10-5 mol/L.And the detection limit is 7.5 × 10-8 mol/L. The electrode process is the two electrons reversible process involving self- catalysis.
