摘要
通过对广州体育学院短跑运动员的赛前心理训练对比研究,以期证明心理训练在比赛中的作用.结果表明:有目的地进行心理训练有助于使运动员形成最佳的赛前心理状态,从而更有效地发挥短跑运动成绩.
Based on a thorough study of the psychological training of young sprinters of Guangzhou institute of physical Education, the study of this article shows that psychological training can help the sprinters to keep a high athletic level, improve their performance.
