摘要
在剖析南平科技特派员制度及其传播模式成功因素的基础上,对我省农业科技传播创新体系的建设提出4点建议:(1)必须建立综合性科技传播体系;(2)必须坚持“以农民为中心”的传播策略;(3)必须坚持“双轨制”原则;(4)必须加强乡土人才培养等,以实现可持续发展。
From the point of view of communication, this paper analyses the successful factors of new agricultural science communication system and its major modes that are characterized by scientific special agent system and makes four suggestions for the construction of agricultural science communication innovative system i.e. establishing a comprehensive science communication system; carrying out ＂farmer centered＂ communication strategy; providing non-profit and profitable communication services and training more native talents to ensure sustainable development.
