三缸汽油机的轴系扭振分析

Torsion Vibration Analysis of Crank-train for Three Cylinder Gasoline Engine

运用EXC ITE Designer软件对某三缸汽油机的轴系扭转振动进行了分析,求出了系统的自振圆频率、临界转速、扭振振幅和转速不均匀性,并对轴系的扭转振动情况作出总结与评价。计算结果表明:该三缸汽油机的轴系扭振情况良好,与实际使用情况相符。

The torsion vibration analysis of the crank-train for three cylinder gasoline engine were carried out with EXCITE Designer. The analysis result obtains system natural vibration frequency, critical speeds, torsion vibration amplitude and cyclic speed irregularity. The torsion vibration of the crank-train was summarized and evaluated. The conclusion indicated that torsional vibration property is good which concides well with the practices.
