摘要
通过对MTS880-10材料试验机的动态加载功能的开发,建立了高能材料动态压缩性能实验数据的采集,分析处理系统。测量了国产高能材料(TNT炸药和模拟炸药等)从准静态(10-3~10-4s-1的低应变速率)到动态(10s-1的中等应变速率)压缩,在熔点以下的环境温度变化条件下的机械响应。采用Lindholm和Johnson本构关系的形式,由这些材料随应变速率和环境温度变化的实验结果,确定其中参数。
This experimental imental work is concerned with developing the capacity of MTS 880-10 maerial test machine for dynamic loading and establishing a system of experimental data acquisition analysis and processing for energetic materials. Under the conditions of a varying ambient temperature, the mechanical response of domestic TNT and simulative explosives to quasis tatic(10 -4 ~10 -3 s -1 lower strain rate) and dynamic (about 10 s -1 intermaediate strain rate) loading is measured by the system. In terms of these experimental results varied with the strain rate and ambient temperature the parameters of Lindholm & Johnsons constitutive relationship are determined. As a result, an useful analytical constitutive equation for study of the hot spot formation mechanism of the domestic explosive is presented.
